Southwest City Processing will be closed on Saturdays. Saturday pick-ups will be available by appointment only.
Due to recent changes in our rendering pickup day, Our pork delivery day will be THURSDAY All Pork will need to be delivered on Thursday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Beef can be dropped off Thursday 7:00 AM. to 10:00AM the earlier the better.. We Still need you to make an appointment for butcher buy calling 417-762-3515. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause.

Ben S8 reviewsa week agoHave had my last few deer processed here and they never disappoint. Customer service is outstanding, and they even let me drop a deer off at 10:30 pm!! Good luck finding a processor with that kind of customer service. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them to any one needing meat processing.ReplyLike
