2025 Holiday Hours

We will close at 4pm FRIDAY DECEMBER 19th and will be closed all day on SATURDAY the 20th and 21st.. We will reopen Monday Dec. 22nd. We will close at noon on Wednesday December 24th, and reopen on Friday December 26th, We will be closed Thursday January 1st. 2026

Southwest City Processing will be Open on Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM through Feb First.

Our pork delivery day will be THURSDAY All Pork will need to be delivered on Thursday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Beef can be dropped off Thursday 7:00 AM. to 10:00AM the earlier the better.. We Still need you to make an appointment for butcher buy calling 417-762-3515. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause.
