We are a custom meat processing plant. Multi generation owned for 40 years, thus far! We processing the farmer owned animal from live to frozen vacuum packed packages. We also have a long time customer favorite breakfast sausage and hickory smoking. We process wild game, with another customer favorite summer sausage and jerky.
