Getting your deer processed is no big deal. You can take it anywhere. However, here at Southwest City Processing we provide you a custom service and take the highest precautions in safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction that we possibly can. It is our policy to put out a product that you will enjoy eating and sometimes this requires us to trim unusable parts of the deer carcass. Customers should be aware of the fact that Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) has been detected in deer and elk in several states. This establishment will not knowingly accept any game animals suspected of having CWC or showing symptoms of it and will report any suspect animals to the proper authorities. We cannot guarantee that any animal brought in for processing does or does not have CWD. Also, any deer suspected of being killed illegally, will be turned over to the authorities. We process several hundred deer every season, and make several hundred pounds of sausage and jerky. So please allow 1 week-4 months for your deer order to be completed. We will give you a phone call when your order is ready to pick up.
