Short Ribs are cut from the ribs of the beef

We cut them 2-1/2" long x 3 Ribs wide

If you select no on Short Ribs the ribs will be de-boned for hamburger...I need to caution you that putting ribs into burger will tend to make the fat content of your hamburger a little higher. Also there is an extra boning charge for de-boning ribs. See Price list for extraboning charge
